Welcome to our Trader Spotlight Feature!

Welcome to our very first blog! Here at 53 Bo Grove we know all of our treasured traders on first name terms, but we realised you, the customer, knew little if anything about them so we've created this blog in an attempt to lift the veil and let you into a little behind the scenes magic so that you too, can get to know them a little better!

In no particular order we will be introducing you to each trader that sells within our emporium, no matter how big or small, once a month. Remember, if there's anything you'd like to know or have a question for one of our traders, drop us a line and we'll do our best to find out for you!

So, without further ado, let me introduce....Ingamells

'Ingamells', owned by Caol, who lives in #Harrogate, is one of our newer traders, you may have spotted one of his brightly painted #skulls in the shop already! Caol started his business 'Ingamells' like many modern small businesses as a result of what he would call 'lockdown boredom'. After watching someone else make #concrete pots on YouTube he decided to have a go himself!

Caol says, "From there I found a passion for making and painting interesting little pots and sculptures which people around me encouraged me to turn into a business. My problem was that I could only do this through Facebook and this was very time consuming."

Caol got in touch with us and we offered him the opportunity to hire a cabinet. This was the beginning of his hobby becoming a business, allowing him to "spend more time making my pieces which was where my passion was".

"I pop over regularly to check on the cabinet stock levels and add new products when released. I have a chat with the friendly team and often stop for a coffee in the wonderful coffee shop next door.

I will always hold a great appreciation for the opportunity Bo Grove gave me as it kick started everything I have built today!"

From skulls to #planters and the recent addition of incense towers, Caol's concrete empire is fast becoming a popular staple at Bo Grove and we're delighted he decided to join us to help his business grow.

Feeling #inspired? Have a go yourself!

If you too, have been working away on an idea for a while or have started your own collection of #vintage or #antique collectibles, we currently have a few #cabinets available to hire at 53 Bo Grove. Drop us an email at 53bogrove@gmail.com and we'll get back to you asap!
